Rotary or Wobble Broaching is done on a CNC lathe. It is a very efficient way to cut internal shapes during the same machine cycle that finishes the part. A hexagon is shown, but the inside can be a square, a spline or virtually any customized shape. Brass is shown in the photo however other materials are possible including our specialty stainless steel.
